Rental Car & Car Wash Policy
Lupient INFINITI has rental vehicles available to our service customers. Please take note of the policy details below and feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
LUPIENT INFINITI CAR WASH POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
While you wait, we encourage you to visit our customer lounge and enjoy a refreshing cup of coffee and feel free to browse our inventory.
While the car wash services are on demand, there are a few instances in which the car wash will be closed:
Inclement Weather - Including but not limited to: temperature (below 20 degrees), rain, snow, sleet
Repairs - With the volume of washes being done on a weekly basis, there are times when we must close the wash in order to keep things in good running condition. Sometimes closures last only a few hours, other times closures can extend for a full day.
Wait Times and Washes can vary from 10-60 minutes depending on the time of year. Please watch for your vehicle to be returned to the service area after your wash is complete.
Car wash hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday 7 AM - 6 PM
- Due to insurance regulations, the driver of any Rental Vehicle must be 25 years old.
- The driver must present a valid driver's license, credit card, and proof of insurance before operating a Rental Vehicle.
- Only the person(s) listed and signing the Rental Vehicle Policy may operate the Rental Vehicle.
- All traffic, parking tickets, bridge, and road tolls are the responsibility of the driver of the Rental Vehicle. Any violations will incur a mandatory $150 administration fee.
- The Rental Vehicle must be returned on the day the repair is completed or when the agreed day is scheduled.
- All Rental Vehicles are NON-SMOKING vehicles.
- A detail fee of $199.95 will be charged to the driver who smokes in any Rental Vehicle.
- Pets are not permitted in Rental Vehicles. A detail fee of $199.95 will be charged to the driver who transports their pet.
- Rental Vehicles are available for scheduled appointments expected to take longer than two hours.
- A usage fee of $89.95 per day will be charged to the driver who fails to return the Rental Vehicle to the dealership on the agreed-upon day or on the day of repair completion.
- A $20.00 fuel charge will be collected with every Rental Vehicle. Mileage is restricted to 75 miles per day. A mileage fee of $.25 per mile will be charged to any driver who exceeds the daily mileage allowance.
